I am writing in response to a letter I received requesting feedback on my experience with the loan process for a transaction I personally settled on recently. Francka DiFrancesco was my loan representative.
I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years and Francki has settled a number of loans for me, my family and for my clients. In every case the process has been incredibly efficient. Francki in some cases has more than pulled rabbits out of hats when needed, she has created the rabbits and the hats, then pulled the rabbits out. Francki is always friendly, professional, patient and tenacious and gets the job done as well as it can be done. She clearly cares about her clients and getting them the best outcome.

I have refinanced twice with Eric Rohrer of Nationwide Home Mortgage in Annapolis, Maryland. The first time was a rate/term refinance paying off an investment property. This time was to an interest only product for a little more financial freedom. I know when I place the loan with Eric everything else is taken care of and that is all I need to do. He is always at my beck and call. His turn around time is unbelievable~3 weeks should I need it~~packages are always on time and funding is never an issue. I work for a busy title company so I deal with enough lender's and loan officers to know first hand what is available in the market place and you will not find a more competent, reliable, honest, hard working, person than Eric @ Nationwide in Annapolis, Maryland.
